All our frames are made out of solid beech or oak wood first quality. The joints are made under tenon and mortise with reinforcement pegs. Carving is handmade and then we polish, taint or lacquer the pieces.
The suspension of the seat is made with crossed elastic bands or metal spring frames. Seat cushions are made of high density polyurethane foam”High resistance” covered by polyester fiber. Some models feature a top layer of feather and visco-elastic foam that provides a higher comfort and a softer seat sensation.
Back cushions are filled with a mixture of feather down 80% and 20% of polyester fiber.
Upholstery is one of the most cared process. Our models are done by our professional handcrafters that assure a high quality in all the steps of their work, on sewing, piping, nailing, either with fabric or leather working always in the traditional manner.
